Brewing Instructions

There is no right or wrong way to make masala chai, but here is our preferred way: combine one half cup of water and one half cup of milk with one teaspoon of Masala Chai in a pot over heat. Sugar may be added at this point or later. Bring to a boil while stirring, then immediately turn off the heat, cover, and let sit for approximately 10 minutes to allow the mixture to infuse. Strain and enjoy!
