Pour 8oz of 190°-205°F water over one to two teaspoons of tea, steep 25 seconds then pour out the water. Traditionally a rinse pour is thought to allow the tea leaves and tea ware to warm, ensuring a better infusion. Add more boiling water and let steep 3-5 minutes, strain tea leaves or remove infuser and enjoy. This tea can be steeped many times!
